Native Rights

We live on Lummi and Nooksack Nation land. We have taken too much from our Native neighbors in the past and all they are left with is their land and the treaties that identify what is theirs.

We must respect those treaties.  We cannot go back in time but we can make sure that we show respect for the Native American land we are now responsible for by making sure we protect the water, the land and the air.
We must respect the treaty rights of our Native neighbors and make sure that they have our backing if any other corporations try to control the water or the land that is theirs.

We can support the Tribes as they look to work with our government to identify more aquatic reserves at Cherry Point, making that land free from new industries that could threaten the environment.
